Aeronautical maintenance
PART 145
PART 145 approval is mandatory for the maintenance of helicopters and their components operated in “Commercial Air Transport” or for those in the “Complex Aircraft” category registered in the European Union. (see EU Regulation No. 216/2008).
This approval, issued with an indefinite period of validity, is regularly audited to verify compliance with European regulations.
JJGK Aero’s first approval, obtained in April 2020, PART FR. 145.0754 allows our team to work on the H225 & AS332 and its sub-parts, with the following ratings: A3 – C3 – C5 – C6 – C8 – C10 – C20.
EMAR/FR 145
Issued in April 2023, EMAR/FR 145 approval is the military equivalent of PART 145 approval. It allows us to maintain military helicopters (H225M & EC725).
CAY AMO
Issued in November 2023, the CAY AMO approval is equivalent to the PART 145 approval for aircraft and equipment registered in the Cayman Islands.
FAA FAR
Issued in April 2024, FAA approval FAR JJGY428E is equivalent to PART 145 approval for aircraft and equipment registered in the United States and abroad and operated under 14 CFR.
2-REG 145
Issued in August 2025, approval 2-REG.145.542 is equivalent to PART 145 approval for aircraft and equipment registered in the Island of Guernsey.
Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation
PART CAMO
The PART CAMO approval grants its holder the right to plan, monitor, and examine aircraft airworthiness.
JJGK Aero manages the continued airworthiness of H225 and AS 332 helicopters thanks to its PART FR.CAMO.0161 approval obtained in February 2023.
CAY-CAMO
Issued in January 2024, the CAY CAMO approval is equivalent to the PART CAMO approval for VIP aircraft and their equipment registered in the Cayman Islands.
Specialised operations
Specialized Operations (SPO) refer to all situations in which helicopters are used for agriculture, construction, photography, observation, patrol, aerial advertising, and maintenance control flights.
Since early 2023, JJGK Aero has held SPO FR.DEC.609 certification. To meet the needs of our business, our experienced pilots perform maintenance check flights (MCFs). These are referred to as SPO/MCF flights.
2-REG POC
Issued in August 2025, the 2-REG POC approval is equivalent to the SPO FR approval for aircraft registered in the Islands of Guernsey.

Painting
AIRBUS SPECIAL PROCESS QUALIFICATION
Our painting team, certified in “Special Processes Qualification” is recognized for its compliance with ISMA & MTC procedures specific to Airbus.
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (FCE)
The FCE provides our B2 technicians and B1.3 mechanics with the opportunity to receive ongoing training in all maintenance tasks to be performed under the supervision of a designated supervisor.
The aim is to enable technicians to validate the practical part of the Part 66 license qualification.
