Our booths

Booth
Painting
Its dimensions of 23m x 6.5m x 6m allow us to accommodate even the largest aircraft. It can be divided into two sections for greater flexibility, complies with the latest environmental standards, and features temperature and humidity control.
Booth
Preparation
Its dimensions of 18m x 5m x 5m allow our painters to carry out the necessary painting operations. It is in this temperature-controlled booth that our team gets to work on masking, stripping, and sanding.
Booth
Mobile
Its dimensions of 2.50 m x 11 m and its mobility allow us to create an additional painting area in order to process more aircraft parts.

The three key stages of aircraft painting

Before applying paint to a helicopter, substrate preparation is an essential step. It ensures adhesion, durability, and the final quality of the coating.

After preparing the substrate, the corrosion protection and sealing phase is crucial for preserving the aircraft's structure. This step ensures optimal resistance to external damage and extends the aircraft's service life.

The final finishing stage is crucial in combining aesthetics, protection, and compliance. It gives the helicopter its final appearance while reinforcing its resistance to weather and wear and tear.

QUALITY CONTROL

At JJGK Aero, we carry out three types of checks to guarantee the quality of our painters’ work: the quality gate, the test piece, and the traceability sheet.
