Mechanic B1.3
Our aircraft mechanics, B1.3 & B1.3 C are qualified to operate on complex aircraft equipped with turbine engines.
Expert in the Super Puma range, our team in charge of all maintenance operations, will conduct research, carry out tests and then work on changing defective parts, the helicopter’s mechanical systems and the establishment of technical sheets.

B2 Avionics Technician
Our experienced technicians are qualified to work on all the electrical and electronic equipment and circuits of your aircraft.
From on–board instruments to antennas and emergency equipment, they will identify faults, carry out the necessary repairs and carry out tests and checks to verify their proper functioning.

Aircraft Boilermaker
Our team of qualified boilermakers, in charge of the structure, interior and exterior, works on all the materials that make up a helicopter: aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite materials, etc.
They can also adjust parts on your aircraft, repair them according to the documentation and apply modifications related to SBs and STCs.

CAMO / Airworthiness
In close collaboration with the various departments, our CAMO/Airworthiness team is in charge of the helicopter maintenance programs and the recording of the work carried out.
They also take care of the continuing airworthiness of aircraft according to European regulations. This phase of continuing airworthiness is done from the moment the helicopter is put into service.
Our employees ensure that at the end of maintenance operations, the aircraft is airworthy and complies with its type certificate.

Off-site operation
Our teams regularly travel around the world to meet your needs. To date, our EASA B1.3/C and B2/C technicians and sheet metal workers have carried out maintenance operations in Africa, Europe and Asia.
We also carry out pre-buy inspections whose objective is to make aCAMO and technical analysis in order to carry out a backtest that will allow the owner to have a technical condition of his helicopter and thus know the future work to be done on the aircraft. This service has been carried out in Asia and Europe.

Retrofit
JJGK Aero performs retrofits on your aircraft.
The application of a retrofit makes it possible to make improvements, optimization and increase the service capabilities of the device.
In general, the retrofit is carried out during the maintenance operation, even if it differs from the repair and overhaul activities carried out on a daily basis.

Battery room
In our hangar, we have a dedicated area for batteries.
This is where our team of avionics technicians takes care of testing and maintaining the batteries.
There are several types of operation that are carried out on a cyclical basis. The level of this differs depending on the time, usage, and battery environment.
A trained avionics technician can perform visual inspections as well as engineering inspections. The electrolysis level of the individual elements (components) of the battery is regularly checked. Specific programs allow us to control electrolysis during battery discharging and recharging.
